(1) We ship Monday through Thursday. Shipping takes between 1 and 3 business days and is carried out by DHL in a climate-neutral manner.
(2) The corresponding shipping costs will be indicated to the customer in the order form and are to be borne by the customer unless the customer exercises any right of withdrawal.
(3) We only deliver within Germany.
(4) We charge a flat shipping fee of €6.99 for orders up to €60. Shipping is free for orders over €60!
(5) You will receive a tracking number from us as soon as we hand over your package to DHL. This number allows you to always check where your plant is and when it will arrive.
(6) As an online shop, we have of course taken particular care with packaging and have a packaging for each of our plants that enables safe shipping and ensures that your plant arrives safely to you.
(1) Payment of the purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. If the due date for payment is determined according to the calendar, the customer shall be in default simply by missing the due date.
(2) The customer can make payment via PayPal, GooglePay, ApplePay, ShopPay, Klarna, direct debit or credit card.
